We are trying to read data from related business objects and populate that data into another business object.

eg
The user will establish a workflow of steps and actions that need to be performed on each step.

When a workflow is initiated we want to create all of the steps and associated actions.

We have set up a process to handle this as follows:

ENTER NEW Request USING New
CreateRequestStep USING Request
CreateRequestAction USING Request
EDIT Request USING Main

The two other proceses:

CREATE RequestStep FOR EACH Step WITH RequestStep.Label=Step.Label,RequestStep.RequestIssue=ThisRequest,RequestStep.ProcessOrder=Step.ProcessOrder,RequestStep.StepPriorityDuration=Step.StepPriorityDuration,RequestStep.StepNormalDuration=Step.StepNormalDuration,RequestStep.StepType=Step.StepType,RequestStep.Step=ThisStep

CreateRequestAction (ProcessInput=Request,RequestStep)

FIND RequestStep WHERE RequestStep.Request = ThisRequest IN BATCHES OF 1
FIND Action WHERE Action.Step=ThisRequestStep IN BATCHES OF 1
CREATE RequestAction FOR EACH Action WITH RequestAction.Label=Action.Label,RequestAction.ActionDescription=Action.ActionDescription,RequestAction.ActionOrder=Action.ActionOrder,RequestAction.RequestStep=ThisAction.Step

This process fails with:

-15 Executing action CreateRequestIssueAction USING RequestIssue
-34 Value of RequestIssueStep could not be resolved
-Exception while executing process CreateRequestIssueAction. Exception class=java.lang.NullPointerException message null

We are trying to read all of the RequestSteps for the current Request then foreach step found create the RequestActions.

Any ideas??
