Using a form to search

In my application, users belong to an organization and the BOs they work with are also owned by their organization so the users can only see and manipulate BOs that are owned by their organization. So if I use a form to search for records, I do not see a way to maintain that one basic stipulation that regardless of what field they search on, the result will only include BOs for their organization. Is there a way to do this?

I don't see anything there that can help me. I'm looking at using an "ask at runtime" value in a query and a small problem for me is that the ask form uses the attribute label instead of the presentation value.

Is there something specific in the Library example that responds to my original problem?

Your "ask at runtime" question was a different post. I think you must have mixed up the subject lines or something. Library app addresses the question you asked in this post.

Actually, no. I was looking at the Ask at runtime as a work-around. This way I could specify one attribute that must be equal to a certain value and allow the user to search on some value, but I didn't like the fact that the ask at runtime form presented the BO attribute label instead of the presentation label. So it seems that because of my design, I can use a search form. I will consider renaming an attribute or two so they are usable in an ask at runtime form. I posted by concern on the problem report forum that I believe the ask at runtime dynamically-create form should use the Presentation label.
