Problem on port 8080

Hi,

Yesterday I upgraded TrendMicro AV on the server and since then AwareIM has not been accessible on port 8080. From the AwareIM control Panel I see all the services running, but when I try to connect to http://localhost:8080/AwareIM/logonOp.jsp I just get page cannot be displayed. I've run TCPView and cannot see port 8080 open by any process, but that's correct as per D:\AwareIM\Tomcat\conf\server.xml which is <Connector port="8080" maxThreads="150" minSpareThreads="25" maxSpareThreads="75" enableLookups="false" redirectPort="8443" acceptCount="100" debug="0" connectionTimeout="20000" disableUploadTimeout="true" />

Looking for ideas on troubleshooting this further, or better yet, and answer. There were no configuration changes with the AV, and 8080 isn't being blocked.

Port 8080 IS blocked. There is no other explanation. We had multiple complaints about this before and EVERY time it turned out to be a port blockage problem. You need to find out what is blocking port 8080. Alternatively re-configure Tomcat tun run on a standard port 80 (and make sure you stop other web servers like Apache, who may be listening on this port)

Thanks for your quick response. I've made it 8088 and it works, but cannot see what blocked 8080 out of the blue. Wouldn't there be an error in the Contropl Panel startup if that port was blocked?
