Yesterday I upgraded TrendMicro AV on the server and since then AwareIM has not been accessible on port 8080. From the AwareIM control Panel I see all the services running, but when I try to connect to http://localhost:8080/AwareIM/logonOp.jsp I just get page cannot be displayed. I've run TCPView and cannot see port 8080 open by any process, but that's correct as per D:\AwareIM\Tomcat\conf\server.xml which is <Connector port="8080" maxThreads="150" minSpareThreads="25" maxSpareThreads="75" enableLookups="false" redirectPort="8443" acceptCount="100" debug="0" connectionTimeout="20000" disableUploadTimeout="true" />
Looking for ideas on troubleshooting this further, or better yet, and answer. There were no configuration changes with the AV, and 8080 isn't being blocked.
