This problem has reared its ugly head again for me 🙁 and im dead in the water!
When I try to put a version under test I get the following error:
'Exception: Aware IM server is not responding. Please make sure that the server is running'
The BSV I'm trying to put under test is quite large (2 or 3 times bigger that CRM Sample I would say). I don't have problems with smaller ones. I wondering if this is a memory issue again? Can anyone advise on my memory settings and if they are suitable:
Aware Server:1024mb
JBoss:300mb
Tomcat:300mb
Config Tool: 300mb
Is setting memory to, say, 300 acceptable or should it be 256?
I need to stay below 2gb for all four components as I'm running 32bit Java. I would like to allocate more memory and upgrade to 64bit java if it solves my problem but am I right in thinking that 64bit java will cause problems with document templates?
When I don't get this error it takes about 20mins to put a version under test....very frustrating and slow progress.
I am running MySQL 5.1 and Aware 5.6 build 1671
