Can't put the version UNDER TEST

Aware IM crashes when I'm trying to put version UNDER TEST,
in console I see this error msg:

log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (TEST_LOGGER).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.

It happens very often.

Any help will be appreciated

Should I change something?
It takes 10 to 20 minutes every time I make business space version available for a testing.
I even delete BS and create again, it helped for a while but after few changes it's the same.

This is low, try 512 on all settings. Try as well with a sample app to see if it your bsv having a bug...

I uninstall and install again Aware IM, delete DB and create new one on MySQL, after all I import bsv file.
Also I set Memory to 512 on all setting.
It seems that the problem is solved.

I have the same problem.

I can't set version to TEST. I have change memory settings to 512 on all settings but still it doesn't work to set my version to TEST.

Any more suggestions how to solve this?

Not sure how many BSVs you have, but I think I found that deleting older obsolete instances of a BSV and taking other BSVs out of "test" mode helped with the memory issue.

Do you have multiple obsolete versions? Bump up the memory!

512 is not a magic number.

I have one OBSOLETE version.

Memory on the server (Win server2008 R2) is 4Gb.

Done that also but it did not help.

Only way for testing now is to publish a new version. Then if I need to change anything more I have to create minor version, publish and test......

and then do this all over again for each change I make......

What are your memory settings now?

memory settings are like this now:

Aware Im server: 192
Tomcat: 1024
JBoss: 1024
Configuration Tool: 512

I don't know how to set the Aware Im server to higher value?

AwareIM server is the likely suspect.

AwareIM server setting is the top one on the Control Panel where you set memory allocations. Simply change it there like you did the others.

yes I am trying to do that but it won't change.

i also get a error message when saving my changes, it looks like this

An error occured saving system settings java.io.FileNotFoundExeption ..\Tomcat\conf\server.xml (Access is denied)

I am logged in to the server as Admin so I just dont understand this.
