From the original post, I'm seeing items 2 and 3 on iPad 2 with ios 6. This is using the standard App NOT the mobile app
try to change a record - get the "Changed by another user - try refreshing the form."
Refresh the form, make the change again, click Save. change appears to be accepted. However when I call up the record again via the original menu item search, The record has reverted to the instance prior to the change.
UPDATE, I have just checked my record on a standard laptop (windows XP) this is showing the record as correct with the latest changes. However, When I call up the record on iPad with IOS6 the earlier version of the record is showing. One my laptop I am a Launch Marshal, on the iPad, I am a Basic Instructor.
It is as if the browser's cache is not being updated at all
