problem in editing different form

Hi support,

I test on my system then still it makes the same problem, don't know why?

I test on FireFox then it show working 2 out 10 attempt...but in this also not working.

Then I test it on another system it was running ok, it shows the BO Tabs,

I noticed one minor problem also while there is some little change in the login window...

So, right now i think it is behaving on my pc only, so i can't sure it reporduce same at yours.

Still find some suggestion that can help me or give a way then please...
