Are the original manuals still available?

I notice they are no longer in the DOCS folder of the software. I see that there is extensive on-line documentation, but I still would like to have a pdf that I can scroll through. For instance, the functions which were documented at the end of the user guid. With the online version, I can drill down into each function, but if I am not sure of the use, I have to drill down, then go back to the next one and repeat. Is there a file where I could read about all of the functions and or actions?

Am I the only one sorry to hear that. Sometimes I do not remember the name of the function I need, so I just read through the 10-15 pages at the end of the (old) user guide. It seems like there is no 1 document that lists all of the functions, instead I have to see the names and click on each one to see its documentation.

Today I needed to see the different options for users to log onto the system. (LogonAdmin, logon.jsp, etc.) and I have NO clue where to find that. Can you give me some guidance please.

But indeed it only shows the names of the functions, not the documentation of the function itself.

No Bruce, you are not the only one that misses the PDF version.
Some times I am not sure what I want and liked to search using a broad term.

We are currently investigating alternative search engines to improve beyond database search for both the documentation and the forum.

In the meantime you can enhance search by using Google / DuckDuckGo etc and entering

site:www.awareim.com/dokuwiki SEARCH TERMS

This will allow you to make more involved searches against the Google et al indexes
