Thanks to your help (and to the product itself) I almost have this project done! I am just amazed at how easy AwareIM makes creating relational databases and turning them into web apps. My biggest problem is just unlearning what I have learned, and trusting AwareIM.

I just have a couple of nagging issues on my project, mostly about the Purchase Orders and the line item list. I am sure its something I think is big that is actually quite small, but I'm just overthinking it.

I'll make a new purchase order by clicking the "add to order" from the custom product list. I enter a quantity for the product, and hit the button, and it adds it to the Product Order. Then, for testing, I go view the Purchase Order and try to delete the product I just added.

On the line where the product is, it has a Delete with a big red X next to it. I hit this, and AwareIM gives me a standard warning screen. I click OK to say I do want to delete the line item, but it returns an error "Operation error. Value of Product must be provided." I have gotten around this by adding a delete function at the bottom of the screen, but I still have the other non-working delete button, and I would like to know how to get rid of it.

Take the same situation as above, and, instead of hitting the delete button, hit the edit button. I get a screen that looks like the Product Entry screen, with all the fields grayed out except for Quantity and a special tracking number I added to do the catalog filtering trick you guys helped me with. Obviously, I wouldn't want customers to be able to modify product information. How can I lock customers out of this? Can I get rid of the Edit button in the line item screen?
This one is probably really easy, but I just haven't gotten to that point yet. I have been only in testing mode when using this app, so maybe this will take care of itself, but I will ask anyway to be safe.

The final product of my efforts will have a single URL that leads to a single web page. This web page should be friendly, and should let Customers, Staff Members, and Admins log in. After they are done, and they log out, they should be transported back to that original web page.

Is there an easy way to do this?

I haven't gotten far enough in my reading of the manual to know how to set the finished app up with a URL and get it served to the greater internet. I am in the process of getting a domain name (too many people spoil the name), I have my static IP and firewall settings ready, and as far as I can tell, I should be good to go. What do I need to do once I am happy with my app, and all testing has ceased, and it is time to put it on the net? Is there a specific place in the manual I need to read?

Thanks for your help. You guys rock. I have some friends at some tech sites that have never heard of AwareIM, but they will. AwareIM can put a lot of power in the hands of a lot of people.
