Aware IM 8.1 contains a number of new features and improvements.
The list of the new features and improvements is shown below:

Multi-developer mode
It is now possible for several developers to use version control system to work on the same application concurrently.
Individual elements of the development version (business objects, queries, processes etc) can be checked-in and checked-out.
Single Sign-on using SAML protocol
Aware IM now supports the industry-standard SAML protocol for single sign-on.
Support for custom HTML forms
It is now possible to import HTML forms prepared outside of Aware IM with any 3rd party HTML editor to be used as
business object forms.
Support for Kanban boards
It is now possible to easily create Kanban boards in your Aware IM applications
Support for AES encryption for MySQL database
Support for CSS styles and classes for separators in forms
Inline editing of Yes/No fields using checkboxes
Ability to display item operations on the left of the grid
Support for "Last Modified" value for all configuration elements. Search by this value.
