Cool interactive ADDRESS validation. Can we integrate in AIM

I was signing up for a free air filter for my home
http://fbuy.me/gHzVn (gets you a free filter, then you can cancel within the month)
and I noticed the coolest thing...

When I entered my mailing address, it was validated against a real database - almost instantly - like a Kendo Combo box that filters as you type. Its on the 4th screen in - Checkout.

I wonder what it would take to integrate that into Aware.

Anyone seen something like this? This is the first website/store I've seen do it this way.
If you START signing up using the link above, you can see the address filter - you can just abandon the process before entering payment info.

After a bit of digging, this is the service that it being used... from the UK.

It is pretty much in line with what I have seen elsewhere. Do you have a cheaper provider?

Haha - true! I have been looking at address validation services as data collection quality in my industry is atrocious on a good day.
