Cannot Start Configurator

I have recently updated my Production Server to V8 and everything appeared to go well however when I now try to open the Configurator I get the following error Message:

'Could not launch the product because the associated workspace is currently in use by another Eclipse application'.

Has anyone else experienced this.

I am running on a Windows Server, the previous V7 product ran with no errors.

If memory serves (and my memory not that servile), I got that message too on my single-use license Windows 10 machine when I upgraded. Probably a leftover process from installation that won't die. I rebooted and got in no problem.
