Zoom In, Zoom Out buttons.

I would like to show zoom in and zoom out buttons in my app so users can easily scale the text. What code should I attach to buttons to do this?

I mean generally across the whole app / browser tab, equivalent to pressing Ctrl+ or Ctrl-.
