Feature Is Not Supported error on mobile

I have obviously done something accidentally, but I am not sure what.

When I try to access my application on a remote server via a tablet or phone browser I am getting the error

"Feature is not supported in this product"

Does anyone have any ideas as to what I may have done? My Visual Perspectives are all set to be used in all sizes of screen.

Did you purchase mobile license?

Basically for development & runtime. I've always had it so I don't know at what points it would fail, but I recall someone had similar issue and support replied that he needs to buy Mobile license. Check with support, in case I'm wrong.

I can confirm this (from Vlad).
It costs $250 for an additional product key to enable "the mobile option".
This includes Phonegap - no additional fees after the $250.

It has been awhile since this topic was posted, but I just ran into a slightly different issue with it...

We have purchased a mobile license.

But, when I try to access our site from my Ipad, using Chrome, I am getting the "Feature is not support in this product" error.

From the same Ipad, if I open the site with Safari, it works just fine.

I have cleared all Browser data in Chrome and it still comes up with the error.

Any thoughts on that?
