Am looking at having awareimdevelopers.com site rebuilt in WP. (Currently in ModX and not happy with it. Cost a fortune but you learn lessons the hard way)

So you post the project up in Freeleancer.com. Very detailed spec. Confirm with prospective past portfolio and that they have read and understand every detail of the spec and that they have visited the
existing site and understand how it works. Any questions.... if so, ask now....

had a good experience on oDesk before it was rebranded.
found a very good ( = reliable, integrity, competent, smart, knowledgeable in all main technologies, interprets the brief given accurately, etc.) guy in India through it, who despite never having left India had a great understanding/comprehension of 'Western' expectations in terms of user experience/interface, deadline, timeframe, on budget/to quote (ie. no underquoting to got you on the hook, then 'additionals' later), etc.

Why not back to WebFlow and their new CMS and hosting all for $16/Mo and you create all dynamic sites with content stored in DB.
