BLOMASKY How are the forms being displayed? I assume from either a menu or a process. If from a process you can add NO EDIT to the end. I.E. VIEW BO using FORMNAME NO EDIT. Does this work for you? Bruce
tata I actually try to do a query and when it expand to present a form . and then the expanded form can be edit. How to protect that . For a view command can only use with a form not a query.
