Hi Roger,

That simply means there are some processes still running on the system preventing Aware from executing the publish. You can try to kill them by Going to 'Active Process' menu option on your admin view. However if they don't want to kill there you might have to first kill the queries in your SQL editor, and then try to kill the processes. Hope that helps.

You also might want to check execution_contexts table in your database and clear any old entries.
