Reference Fields & PopUp Windows

There is an issue with reference fields used in PopUp Windows when used with some display formats.

Even if the window size is defined the panel within the form (the place where the fields all reside) does not respect the contents of the reference field when the duel is set to be either Checkbox List or Swap Select. See attached screenshot
