can not export zip file for phone gap

i try many way to export zip file for phone gap , but it not work and do not have any massage show what is wrong.

Please attach the output of the Configuration Tool (click on the View button next to the Configuration Tool entry on the Aware IM Control Panel) when you attempt to generate the zip file.

It could be a memory problem and you need to allocate more memory to the Config. Tool
