Last field on form does NOT trigger rule when changed

I have a form with a few fields that have a rule: IF BO.attr was changed THEN.....

As the user enters data and presses TAB to leave the field the rule is triggered for ALL attributes except the last one! The only way to have that rule triggered is to select a different field with the mouse.

Is this a known bug or an "undocumented" feature?

As far as I know it is a known issue Bruce.

I have raised it before.

I juggled my Form Fields around so I had somewhere to park after the last one was Tab away from

Same here on Mobile as well. I think this issue showed up in v7.
