Button to progress to next form section

We have a form that is not using Wizard form navigation, and we don't want to, as we want all the tabs on display.

But it's a long (ie high) form and we would like to put a button on the bottom of each tab for "Next" and "Previous", these buttons would move/focus person the next tab on form.

Does anyone have any tips, maybe some advanced script or something?

I use html buttons for custom wizard navigation (and just pure HTML buttons or various types) extensively and do this (see my post about alternativ for Hein and instead of radio buttons imaging HTML buttons for next etc. and that then changes the attribute which controls which form section is visible):
