View "Document" type field as image inside a B.O. "Form"

Hello!

I have a "Document" type field, and I´m saving images here. (Into the file sistem, not the database) and I want to show the images in a form. Not only show the name and route of the file.

This works fine if I use "Picture" type documents, but I want to store the files in the server, not the database.

Im using the "PhotoAlbum" demo that comes with AwareIm, and works fine with "picture" type fieds.

Any suggestions?

Im doing this:

Working half way.

it works fine like this:

as long as the image is in this folder: C:\AwareIM\Tomcat\webapps\AwareIM\images

But I have a custom folder. Is there a way to make it look for: C:\myimagefiles[/b] ?

src={PhotoShortRoute}

Try
src=FILE_NAME({PhotoShortRoute}) +'.'+ FILE_EXTENSION({PhotoShortRoute})

The PhotoShortRoute should be the attribute name with document type that holds to image as file system.
