And I was absolutely distraught when I read your first post and noticed you had not followed the well publicized and established procedure, despite it being reiterated probably hundreds of times on this forum.
And then your second post, even more upsetting, required me to resort to illicit substances and alcohol to deal with, because there I was just trying to help someone to help themselves, and I get criticized by a fragile soul who takes it personally, but who would otherwise have concluded negative things about Aware (unfairly) even though the reasons/grounds for such conclusions would have been created by themselves by not following the correct procedure.
What's a guy to do, other than conclude, 'typical human'!
Another shocking and harrowing reality to deal with is the fact that Support's time is very limited (obvious, but which seemingly needs to be said) AND you might have to follow up to get your issue looked at quickly.
BUT the good news is that because you have NOW followed the correct procedure, you have every right to send Support a prompter email on, say, Tuesday (with link embedded to this topic), asking them to have a look at it.
No need to thank me later when you get an outcome/resolution to your issues.
