HTML Content Panel Does Not Refresh if Process is Sub-Proces

If a HTML Content Panel is set (via 'Refresh Info') to refresh using a Process, say, when 'ProcessB' completes, it will refresh only if ProcessB is run directly from a button/link, etc.
BUT if ProcessB is called/run by another process, say, ProcessA, then the Auto Refresh will not occur.
Is this correct behavior?
If it's a bug, then I'll prepare and attach a bsv.

This is the correct behaviour. There is no way for the client to know that the server happened to execute a sub-process
