Import Template process not reading column headers

I am having an issue trying to set up Import templates. When I upload a sample file and go to match up the fields, it is not reading the column headers . I think this issue may have started after I moved to version 7 - is anyone else having this issue?

What does the header row in the import file look like?

Support confirmed this is a bug and will be fixed in the next build.
