Run attached bsv:

select 'NEW Requisitioner"
a tab will open with the new requisitioner form
BUG1: the paging bar does not appear on the 'Items' reference attribute grid (it is set to show)
BUG2: notice that the contents/height of the first tab pane of the form exceeds the fixed height (450px) of the form, BUT A SCROLL BAR DOES NOT APPEAR ON THE TAB PANE AS IT SHOULD, IT INSTEAD APPEARS ON THE CONTENT PANEL

a. ie. to scroll the section/tab pane of a form the user instead scrolls the content panel containing the entire form itself, which means that the entire form scrolls up and down off screen

b. therefore when the user switches tabs and the switched-to tab pane contents/height does not exceed the height of the form, the scroll bar disappears from the content panel containing the form and the form resizes every switch - NOT elegant

c. it used to work correctly on forms (ie. the scroll bar would appear on the tab pane) up until you fixed (a few builds ago) the bug with the scroll bar appearing on the frame when the contents/height of a tab exceeded the height of the frame
d. Now that is working correctly (ie. scroll bars appear on the tab pane not on the frame (main frame, left frame, etc.)) though this new bug with scroll bars not appearing on tabs of forms has appeared
select section 2 ('sec2') of the form
notice that the scroll bar disappears from the content panel and the tab component has to resize as described in 4b. above
then select section 1 ('Requisitioner') again
BUG3: note the dimensions of the Picture and Document upload components are inconsistent/different - surely they should be the same by default for the purposes of consistency?
enter something in the 'Name' field and click 'Create' at the bottom of the form
BUG4: note the icon disappears from the tab title following save (also happens when instance is being editing, not just when it is new)

Bug1 - not really a bug. Paging bar does not show for new references - all of them are added to the table without paging
Bug2 - yes, this is a difficult one
Bug3, Bug4 - yes, acknowledged

re. Bug2 (scroll bar appears on content panel in which form resides, instead of tab of a form, when the content exceeds the height of the tab/form)
..it only came into being since you fixed the bug with scroll bars appearing on the frame instead of the tab, when content exceeded the height of the tab/frame. (a)
It's likely that to fix it is just a case of adjusting something like you did in order to fix (a)
