AIM7 Reporing issue

Dear forum members,

We have a situation with Reporting :

A report has 33 columns and 12 rows (396 cells approx) in landscape orientation.
Report is designed in only Summary section
All cells have logics defined to pull calculated data from DB

Issues

There are 101 pages generated instead of 1. First page displays report and rest all are blank pages.
Display of data within logical cells (396 cells mentioned above) is inconsistent. Example, our conditions display cells color as red or green. But few cells (irregular behavior) do not get generated in red or green color.

I have experienced this before, its got to do with your page size or a corrupt document file. Try redesign and change the settings of your bands and positioning of data. Make sure that the data fits on the page. In some cases an overflow of data causes this

Also before you do this delete the DocTemplates Folder so a new one can be formed. The problem might go away.

The hundred pages problem is caused by some elements that are located way off the band area, so you don't see them. Select any element and use the "N" key to navigate through all elements in the report. Then delete those that shouldn't be there.
