Will NEXT Version move to Java 8 and latest Java JDK?

As I'm researching on Java platform, I see most active information and libraries are in and require Java 8 and JDK 1.8. With next version going to 64-bit, is Aware moving to the latest Java platform?

I really, really hope, next version will be in Java 8, 64-bit that we can use most of the new third party libraries which require JDK 1.8 and Java 8.
