PICK FROM process not working

Hello,
We are using v7. build 2166
I have a process that uses a query:
PICK FROM 'Trouve Piece2'

The query by itself works as expected however, when it is evoked by the PICK FROM command, awareim produces the error message ''Unable to find the record... may have been deleted''.

My attached screencaptures included some of my configurations. I am hoping someone might have some guidance as to what I am doing wrong.

Do you need to enter Search Data as part of the PICK?

Normally I Filter the Data the normal way and the PICK will show all the records to choose from hence I have never done it with the Use Form checked.

Very hard to understand anything from screenshots. It could be a bug, but you need to send us a BSV for testing, so that we can reproduce the problem.

All the time you spent taking and notating those screen shots, when you could have just attached a zip file containing a bsv demonstrating the problem, and it probably could have been resolved within a couple of hours and with much less hassle and work?
