Mark,
If you are referring to a form with multiple sections (tabs), then yes.
HOWEVER, no tabs of the form need to have a reference attribute grid/table for this bug to occur.
Try a multi section (tab) form without a Reference Attribute grid and it will still occur.
BUT the precise and full scope of the bug is:
- When a form in a new tab has multiple sections (tabs), the first tab pane (and only the first) will always automatically exceed/overflow the height of the form itself (if set) or the form's parent content panel/frame (if form height not set), even if the contents clearly shouldn't exceed/overflow the height of the first tab pane.
- A vertical scroll bar appears BUT it appears on the form, NOT on the tab pane as it should when content exceeds/overflows the height of the tab pane. [but obviously it shouldn't even be the case that a scroll bar appears, however this needs to be mentioned to ensure this is also addressed and does not linger beyond rectification of the primary bug]
=>I expect this bug will apply to any form which has multiple sections (tabs), even if it opens in a pre-defined tab.
=>There are other funky bugs happening in this realm but I don't have time to describe them now.
If you're going to report it, you could add the following which I reported on Tuesday:

and append to the previous post:
- horizontal scroll bars do not appear under any circumstances either on new tabs OR pre-defined tabs, irrespective of their content, or source thereof
-------------------------------------------
The below bsv demonstrates the above bugs:
- In 'Dashboard' tab, click Cube icon in title bar of 'ALL Item Configurations' query to view multi section (tab) form showing first bug described above
- Click "ALL Sessions" in left frame to see that horizontal scroll bars don't appear
eagles9999 wroteIs anyone seeing a change in behaviour in respect of Item 5.
Form with Reference tables in a new Tab now stretch way done past the bottom of the screen. 🙁
