Custom\js folder deleted when installing new build

I just installed build 2161 and my custom\js folder and all of it's contents were deleted in the process.

I have noticed that with previous version also John....

At the moment, and I could be mistaken, only the CSS folder is preserved.

I would prefere ANYTHING inside Custom to be preserved...as it was in V6

Right. I assume this has to be a bug.

Did it again with build 2162.
