It is simple within a form you want to allow certain users based upon conditions to have certain Query active to them.
1) Go to Business Object: Such as Customer or Staff
2) Go To Business object Form
3) Panel Operations/Button
4)Open Panel Operations
5)Click Add Or Edit
6) Open Panel Opeartions
7) Under Panel Operations/ Opertation Type- Select Query or Process, Top Panel Toolbar Location
8-) In Name Create A Name, say "Test"
9) Add A unique condition in the Applicability section that should call on only one "Test" process or query to be displayed to the loggedinuser
10) Repeat Steps 4 through 9 calling on a different process or Query and in step 8 name this the same as the other you created before, so name it also "Test"
11) Publish or Test the version
12) Under the form of the user you created you should see two "Test" calling on separate queries or processes. With the Applicability being inputted it should only show one.
13) Go back to the Panel Operations form and rename one "Test 2"
14) Publish
15) Now only 1 should be displayed
