On our prod systems (still on V6) we are experiencing an increasing number of user tickets complaining about the screen jumping to the top when they try and enter data on longer forms (ie bigger forms that have a vertical scroll). Basically they scroll down on the form, put the cursor into a field and BAM! before they even get a chance to type anything the screen scrolls all the way to the top (and they can't see the field they are typing in).
I have Team Viewered in and witnessed this occurring, it does do as they say (ie it's not a user error). BUT we can't replicate the issue in our office.
The common thing seems to be:
Always on Chrome browser
Usually an up to date Chrome browser - it isn't an old version
Windows OS (8 or 10)
We thought it had something to do with the Touch Screen Keyboard being enabled on Windows OS, but that doesn't always seem to be the case.
Pretty sure it is a Chrome issue on Windows. Has anyone else experienced this? Any solutions/tips?
