deleting results in Acceptable value(s) for attribute action

hi,

we have an Object called Contacts which is part of the system users Business Object Group.

we have a process which creates new contacts - however when we login as the admin and try to delete these we get this error.

Acceptable value(s) for attribute action are: Insert, Update, Delete, Viewed

has anyone seen this before?

Have you checked the permission for the BO in the administrator Access Level?

And it has full access

Does your Contact object have a reference object that contains an attribute called action with choices: Insert, Update, Delete and Viewed?

well thanks to your comment..

I reviewed the Objects relations and then found an On Delete rule which creates a Log. and in there was the issue.

It was set to change the status of the contact and the attribute it was set to change too was not an option in the plain text.

amazing i overlooked that and assumed it was DB system error...
