Hello,
Users are getting STATUS 404 returned when trying to open the AIM login page. They are using IE.
AwareIM is installed on a server within their network. They have an internal IP address they use to access the application but are getting the 404 Error.
I can access the application fine from outside their network using an external IP address IT provided. The AwareIM server and Tomcat are running as a service.
IPAddress:8080/AwareIM/logonOp?domain=mrpprod
Does anyone have any idea why Tomcat would be giving this error?
Is there a setting I need to change to allow multiple people access the system. They have a 10 user Professional version license.
