1) When EXACTLY does it happen? When you are trying to publish?
2) What happens when you try to export? If you are getting the error message it cannot be the same error. So what is it?
3) What is the output of the Aware IM Server?
4) What does the system.log (located in the BIN directory) say?
Answers below:
#1) It appears I receive the SAME error message anytime I try one of the following UPDATE & KEEP LOCKED, UPDATE & UNLOCK, PUBLISH, EXPORT, TEST. I guess anything that tries to WRITE it back out?
#2) It is the same error message that appears when trying any of the options in 1 above. It is the same error message as if I attempt the Update & Keep Locked function. No difference in wording of the message.
#3) I see nothing out of line in the Aware log. I've already aborted the configuration tool and started other things. Next time I'll check and advise if anything is in this log, but I did look just about everywhere I could think of when it was happening and did not see anything that gave me a clue or may have been out of line.
#4) I haven't downed the Control Panel so I have everything in the System.Log for the last 9 1/2 hours and NOTHING is out of line. In fact the only thing in the log is the repeating "Unable to connect to remote host..." message that is normal if you don't have email defined.
What is this error and do you know what may be causing it. Or would you recommend I pay special attention to xyz, etc.
I have been "Updating & Keep Locked" as I'm make the changes for the 2nd time and so far nothing has caused it.
I'll keep you posted next time it happens and please advise if you need my to watch for anything?
