Where it is relevant, like in Advanced Script areas, and HTML cells, and custom queries, it would be nice to have a code editor type feature built within the configuration tool. Just basic stuff like line numbers, syntax highlighting with colour coding, and the like. We regularly seem to be copy/pasting into Sublime Text to make this easier to do, but then we miss the code completion feature of the toll. Would also be great if it had a "full screen" feature i.e click a button and it goes full screen to see more stuff.
