What is hs_err_pid3280.mdmp

This file (hs_err_pid3280.mdmp) located in AwareIM\bin is 779,534 kb. Can anyone say what is is? The file is present on my production server but not on my dev system. There is also a log file of the same name - hs_err_pid3280.log that seems to be created by Java somewhere. Both were last modified 4/13/2015.

It is a Windows Memory Dump file Kingsley and is created by Windows after a crash.
Usually used to send to MS in a crash report....

Or... so I understand...

On April 13th you say..... Must have happened while you were enjoying yourself at the Conference. 😉

Is it odd that it would be created in the AwareIM\bin folder?
