Bug 6.0 build 2039: Form fields (Chrome)

Hi support,
This is a bug report and the bug is that with the new version of Chrome (Version 43.0.2357.65 m), form fields are acting strange and are almost unusable in some cases like with multiline fields. The problem is when entering and when having entered text, the text is aligned at the bottom of the field? See screenshot attached. I have not prepared a sample bsv because you can test this yourself (make sure your Chrome browser updates to the latest (it updated automatically, open "About Google Chrome" in the menu to make sure it has)).

They are promising a fix in a couple of weeks. Their suggested workarounds don't quite work. So need to wait for the fix.

Update.
I can confirm that the workaround explained in the above post (sencha forum) does work to fix this.

Can someone please confirm that the latest Chrome version fixes this. Their bug report here says it is fixed:

I don't have AwareIM 6.0 installed on our production server where I can test.

The latest Chrome update DOES NOT fix this. The workaround mentioned by support in a previous post does however work.

Thanks Henrik for posting it ! We had also noticed the issue but was not able to post on time.

When I look into this issue found that it is working fine on FireFox but on chrome having issue. So I put it on low priority to see it later.

But now little relax as issue is global.

Is this issue on both mobile and desktop Chrome?

I have a similar issue. After seeing your issue I wondered if it was chrome so I opened aware with IE, but I got the same display issue. Columns 3 & 4 are not spacing correctly.

Hey Roger,
Saw your other post and seems as though you´ve gotten help. These problems are not related.

The current form building tools aren´t easy to work with sometimes so I recommend you test different things, structures etc. if you can´t get it working.

Henrik,

Working with Mark B. on this we are 99% sure this is a bug. We recreated it in a sample bsv for just one line of data for the same 6 columns and it displayed the form the exact same way.
