Form refresh

Hi
When i add a process to trigger a form refresh all the form fields are resets to blank value, is there a way to not reset all the values?
If i do not trigger a form refresh i get the error BO hase been changed by another user.
The object is created using a process.

Do you have a READ PROTECT for that object and is there a "IS NEW" condition with that READ PROTECT? If yes, remove the "IS NEW", and see if the error goes away.

there is no IS NEW or READ PROTECT on the object, the process to create the BO is CREATE rule then VIEW rule
if that going to help.
i was thinking, is it possible define a process that update the BO without emptying all the form values? what are the rules will be? i tried adding UPDATE rule to a process and using the process to refresh the form with no luck

my last try on this issue, the only process i run right now is a one rule process on the Reference BO

And after the process run all the values of parent BO are reset.... :?

no matter what rule there is on the Process, the reset is unavoidable.
i have no process that invoke Form Refresh on the parent BO.
