Build 2038 - Locale problem

Hi Support,

I have noticed a locale problem. I'm using in forms "Use this caption" feature like this for example "Editing Customer: <<BOCustomers.Name>>"

Today tried to create a new form like this and the new caption in not appearing in locale to translate (the old one are in locale, only new one not appears).

BSV+steps to reproduce, sent.
