v6 Build 2028 - Query not loading

Hi,

I have a menu item defined in a staff member visual perspective that is set to run a query. The query should open in a new tab. The problem I have is that since upgrading to version 6 the query doesn't seem to load for one particular user (all other users, same perspective are able to load it and it opens in a new tab with results as expected). When I say it doesn't load for this user, I mean the menu item is clicked and nothing happens - no new tab opens, no grid is displayed, no executing message, doesn't hang, doesn't display 'executing' - nothing!

My thoughts on this are that maybe this particular user had played with the grid settings and saved them whilst using 5.9 and then her grid settings have somehow got screwed when I upgraded to AwareIM version 6. This query also used to contain a paging bar in 5.9 and since upgrading I have changed it to an unlimited grid - perhaps this has something to do with it?

Anyone have any ideas how I might fix this? Is there a bug hidden in here somewhere?

Clear user's cache?

Have tried that. Same problem exists on different machines, even those that have not had this particular user log on to in the past.

Please allocate a height to the query and it should work. We'll add a warning to the configurator for this.

Hi Rennur,

This problem only affects one user. All other users can see the results as expected so it's not a height issue.
