FR - number format based on locale

Hi,

Just noticed today that the number format in queries/forms are represented as they are setup in OS Region&Language settings -of the hosting server.

I suggest to be included this option in locale as the date and timestamp format are chosen.

Please add this to todo list. If you added date format to locale, I think also numbers format could be added in next builds.
This will be very useful for multi-language applications.
I have customers which prefer European format numbers(1.000,00), others US style(1,000.00).
