After V6 (2017) update one of our application using scheduler is not working at all. I tested on new test BSV also but have same issues. Here are listed few below:

  1. Scheduler is not fetching the resources in vertical view (sometimes shows when refresh or re-login)
  2. Row height is not working
  3. Creation of appointment is not working when already ticked allow dynamic creation in configuration.
  4. Allow drag/drop is ticked but it is also not working.

    Can you please confirm or suggest something to resolve this issue ASAP.

There were no changes in this area in 2017 and the scheduler works for us with these caveats:
1) row height can only be changed in the horizontal view
2) Dynamic creation of events works, but you have to click then wait a bit, then start dragging

If you are sure there is a problem please describe how to reproduce it in the CRM sample application that uses scheduler

I had posted 4 issues and seems 3 are working for me like you suggested but issue # 1 still persist .

  1. Whenever user logs into application scheduler loads on first tab and it does not show any resources (vertical view) after doing 2-3 times reload/refresh it loads the resources.
  2. Another issue is when time interval is changed by clicking on set start time and end time button on scheduler whole scheduler UI got disturbed.

Was running nicely in prev version (5.9 1900), Will be doing few more test and create a test BSV to reproduce above bugs.

Please send us the BSV and let us know how to reproduce the problem - we cannot reproduce it. Works perfectly for us (for example, in the CRM sample app)
