V6 - Form Menu Applicability Conditions

Hi,

Menu item operation Applicability Conditions on forms don't work when you have an operation that is contained within a menu folder. The applicability conditions do work for operations on forms that are not displayed in a dropdown folder.

They do work. However, context of these operations is different - they don't have the record in the context, so you are mostly limited to SystemSettings and LoggedInSystemUser

Hi,

This will be quite a big limitation. I have some forms with 20+ operations on them, many of which are conditionally displayed. That's far to many to display without containing them in some sort of drop down.

Is this likely to change at some point? I'm guessing it's no longer possible to use the old type operation drop down?
