Failed to Load PDF

Hi...

Have a strange issue - some of my apps are failing to load PDF's when requested.
We are storing these documents as blob files in the database and the issue has been recreated across multiple business spaces and multiple databases.
The file sizes of the PDF's range from 500kb through to 5mb.
We are seeing 2 different error messages:

We get this one if the file won't load at all:

And sometimes we get a different error messsage - but when we get this one, if we request the file 2 or 3 times sometimes it works:

Any thoughts on this peculiar issue are very welcome!

Hi...

Just in case anyone comes across this issue in the future - it has now been resolved.

The problem turned out to be that the title of the document must NOT contain an apostrophe, otherwise it cause the loading of the document to fail.
