FR: Frame / contentpanel autorefresh

Hi support,
This is a feature request to add autorefresh capabilities to frames (left,right,top,banner,main,footer) and contentpanels. I frequently use custom html "panels" throughout my application (s) and having autorefresh for frames / contentpanels would greatly improve the way a application can work with custom panels etc..

I hope this can be added. Thanks

Forgot frame topbar. In 6.0 it´s possible to customize the menu (s) with text, tags, css etc. and that also opens up for more advances e.g. top bar menus with notifications etc. and there autorefresh needs to make it work.
