Mine is not a spam issue though. For some reason Here and there The AwareIM service just doesn't want to process an entry. Luckily the mail is still lying on the Rackspace inbox when this happens so I can manually forward it to my client's desktop if i see that it's important. However, this is not ideal since the whole point of my application is to have all the comms stored in one pace so you dont have to look for it in your outlook.

PS: Have you tested my brother's Clickatell Update yet? I know he is quite excited to hear from you on whether everything worked as it should.
