5.9 1899 - Buttons still visible when unticked

On both mobile & desktop versions, the buttons are still visible.

Please describe your scenario in detail. I am pretty sure buttons work properly in a normal scenario, so there must be something special you are doing. (or maybe you didn't refresh the browser properly)

I only had one form section and since the navigation is greyed out, I didn't realize the wizard style navigation was selected and was the cause.

If you select wizards style navigation & then remove all but one form section, the navigation is greyed out but the selection remains.
