Sending emails - random infinite loop

Hi,

I have an app where randomlly appears this error in AIM server output when sending emails. Each email has a report attached to it as PDF.

"Process SendReportToContact has failed
Exception while executing process SendReportToContact. Exception class=com.bas.basserver.executionengine.ExecutionException message Error filling report ../DocTemplates/InvoiceAlert_1.18/DocTemplates/103/103/0990133840734382_RDDoc6988521943789697814.rdd Infinite loop creating new page.

Anyone can help with this?

It's impossible to know how to help unless you include the processes that are used to generate the emails.

SEND InvoiceNotification TO CustomerContact
CREATE EmailRecord WITH EmailRecord.Contact=CustomerCotact
EmailRecord.InvoiceReport=InvoiceNotification.Report
InvoiceNotification.Report is a Document template which contains a SubReport. I don't know if this is the problem, but I have read in other post that if the subreport is greater than master-report can cause this kind of problem. It's true?

Attach something else to it & narrow down the issue that way.
